Who We Are
- DR GERHARD DU TOIT
(LLB, LLD (Stell), MBA Essentials (USB) (Cum Laude), RE1 (South African Finance Conduct Authority) (Cum Laude)):
an admitted attorney with two and half decades of experience in academia, practice, and commerce. Gerhard has advised the whole spectrum of clients, from high-net-worth individuals and families to multinationals in industries ranging from logistics, mining, construction and finance, to family businesses, the South African parliament and agriculture. He has the unique background of having served in all three main streams of legal practice: As an academic, as a practicing litigation attorney and as a general counsel to a multinational transport and logistics business, with extensive asset and Marine Overland insurance exposure.
- CHARMAINE DU TOIT
(BAcc (Stell), Bcom Logistics, (Unisa) (Cum Laude)):
a logistics and financial accountant with extensive experience in private banking, logistics and export and general accounting practice. Charmaine has served the Private Banking space, Fruit Export and Logistics, Poultry Supply Chain and Retirement Industry Accounting.
